Submit your work to be showcased in the Visual Exhibit at CHAT’s 9th Annual Hmong Arts and Music Festival themed “A Hmong Us,” illuminated the Hmong American experience.
If you wish, your piece(s) can also be submitted to be Juried for the Master Gallery. Top 5 scoring visual artists will be featured at the festival in the Master Gallery, along with a winter gallery exhibit at the Pioneer Press Gallery in downtown St. Paul. Master Gallery artists also receive a free booth space at the festival to sell and promote artwork, a $100 gift certificate good for services at CHAT or Springboard for the Arts (career building workshops, consultations and VIsual Artists at Hmong Arts and Music Fest ’09classes).

Song will be holding a FRAMING WORKSHOP on the evening of Wednesday, July 21st in order to help artists frame their submissions for the festival. Katie Ka Vang, Director of Artist Services, is also available to help artists prepare biographies and/ or artist statement s, etc. during a one-on-one consultation.
